Prefuture Neanderthal 2019 (30 min.) A work for String Orchestra based on themes of Folk and British New Wave. The third section was reworked as Pandemonium and Fugue.
Street Suite /aka. Suite for Strings 2011 (20 min.) for String Orchestra, 4 movements in a Modern Dance suite.
Elimination 301 2011 (13 min.) for Solo Vcl. and String Orchestra, 2011 A single movement piece featuring Violoncello in the role of a rock guitar solist. Rhythmic and lyrical.
Concerto for Contrabass and Strings, 2010 (20 min.) Decidedly in a Romantic concerto form and structure, 3 movements, with a splash of early 20th-century landscapes.
Hiki Tiki (reworked for String orch.), 2010 (4 min.) originally a simple Salsa-style piece for 4 Double Basses, orchestrated by the composer for a larger Fiesta.
Off the Cliff (reworked for String orch.), 2010 (9 min.) originally a vituoso Metal piece for 3 Double Basses, quite demanding. The version for String Orchestra allows for maximum power and expression.
Turmoil 2007 (30 min.) a Symphony for Large Orchestra (original composition), for large Symphonic orchestra; Pairs of winds, perc., piano, cel., harp (composed for and submitted to the Composition Competetion of SWR Baden-Württemberg that year. It has a familiar 4 mvmt. sym. form but each mvmt. uses a different symphonic language.
